  Was not happy at all with the service tonight I always order 3 meat lovers pizzas,garlic bread,Pepsi every week this week I added buttermilk chicken pieces...when I made the call to order I especially asked not to have mayo on my pizzas as they done it the week before an was unhappy after a 14hr shift tonight they done the same thing one 2 pizzas and the chicken was spicey chicken not buttermilk chicken called them 4 times an got hanged up on an the 5th time I got thorough an they asked for photos sent them the photos they asked an they were still not happy apparently they train there staff not to swirl the mayo only to do it in straight lines than got told there was nothing they could do an hung up the phone after 3 minutes all I asked for was a replacement not a refund and still wouldn’t do it this will be the last time I ever get pizza from dominoes SINGLETON!! Unless something is done about this....I am not happy not happy at all considering I’m a valued customer...well atleast my dog got fed lunch an dinner tonight unlike me

  Quoted 20 mins for delivery.Delivery took an hour to arrive and was missing part of the order. Delivery drivers response "Typical of me"with a small giggle. I called the singleton store and asked for a remake. That arrived approximately 30 mins later. 1.5 hrs for a pizza delivery is unacceptable.Having been a store supervisor for Domino's (Mingara) we would have bent over backwards to try and right this wrong and at the very least offer an apology. For this reason my family will no longer be customers at the Singleton store.
